Thirty years ago, at the ripe old age of 8, I made my first batch of candy. The intervening years have seen many changes but one constant has been my love for creating amazing food. After a decade of casual cooking I went to culinary school and began catering. Like many of you, the pandemic brought a great deal of change into my life, and Chubby Hubby is the sweet result!
